How Do I Make Steve's Ragu Sauce?

Here is how you make Steve's Ragu Sauce:

chop onions and carrots. Saute them in the olive oil, salt and pepper. When they are soft add all of the cans of tomatoes. Cook ground beef till browned add to the tomato sauce, stir well. Bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes. Continue to stir so that the sauce doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. When done serve over cooked pasta.
