Regular Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
Ground Fennel Seed, 1/2 tsp

Heat the olive oil In a very large skillet. Add the hamburger and the garlic and start browning it. Add 1 cup water, the onions, the tomato, and the pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add all the tomato sauce and paste plus the ground fennel and mushrooms. Simmer for another 15 minutes then add the rest of the ingredents.
