2 jars (3 cups each) Ragu Original Spaghetti Sauce
1 - 28 ounce can whole tomatoes, crushed
1/4 cup tomato paste
8 ounces good red wine
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Here is how you make Spaghetti Sauce - Eileen's:

Finely chop onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sautee in non-stick pan for 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and simmer on stovetop for 1 to 2 hours or in crockpot for 3 to 4 hours on high and then low setting. Makes 24 1/2 cup servings.
