In a 3 qt sauce pot, saute onion and minced garlic until translucent ( about 3 mins). Add tomatoes and spices. Adjust hot pepper to your taste. Cook at med high heat until reaching a low boil and then reduce heat to low. In a fry pan, brown ground beef and crumble.
