Here is how you make Roasted Vegetable Sauce:

Turn oven on to 400 degrees F.Line two pans with short sides with foil (to make clean up easier) Dice all the vegetables and place in a large bowl. Pour the Olive Oil on the vegetables and then sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.Mix the vegetables, olive Oil and spices well. Pour half of mixture on each of the cookie sheets.
