How Do I Make Sauteed Bok Choy?

Here is how you make Sauteed Bok Choy:

Wash the greens and roots thoroughly. Strip the leaf from the root. Separate the leaf from root. Chop root into small pieces and set aside. Stack the leaves on top of one another, roll up and slice into ? to 1 inch slices and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic, onions and ginger and cook 1 minute. Add chopped roots and saut? until tender. When tender add leaves, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and ground ginger. Mix well and let cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
