My husband is Italian and I'm always trying to come up with new and creative ways to serve his favorite flavors...garlic, basil, kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes. This is a beautiful and fresh appearing dish and it's quick and easy to make...it's also a frequent request in our house. I use oil packed sun dried tomatoes and could not find correct calorie count so please take into consideration and drain tomatoes before adding to the dish. The calorie calculations account for pork sausage, but I always use Italian chicken sausage or Trader Joe's pre cooked chicken sausages.Enjoy!

4 Italian chicken sausage links, cooked well and sliced
1 oz of grated romano cheese per serving

Here is how you make Italian Stir Fried Spaghetti:

Add 1 tbsp salt to a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Add 8 oz. of spaghetti and cook for 15 minutes or until "al dente." Drain and rinse with cold water, set aside.In a saute pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add sliced onion and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes or until transparent. Immediately add sundried tomatoes, olives, basil and sausage. Stir fry until well heated.
