Cook chicken thoroughly.2. Shred chicken.3. Dice vegetables.4. Cook mushrooms, spinach and 1/2 garlic together.5. Mix chicken and vegetable mixtures together, allow to cool in fridge for 10 minutes.6. Mix mozzarella (keep enough to top casserole dish out to the side), ricotta, oregano, remaining garlic and egg together.7. Cook pasta shells to a dente. 8. Once meat and vegetable mixture is cooled mix with cheese mixture. 9. Coat bottom of glass pan with pasta sauce.10. Spoon mixture into pasta shells and place side by side in dish.11.
