I PLACED MY GROUND TURKEY MEAT IN A BOWL. ( I HAD A 120Z PACKAGE OF TRADER JOE'S 99 % FAT FREE ALL WHITE MEAT)
IN A SEPARATE BOWL I MADE MY OWN STYLE BREAD CRUMBS WITH ALL OF THE INGRED FROM ABOVE(EXCEPT THE EGG WHITE AND SELTZER) AND MIXED WELL. I ADDED THE ABOVE AMOUNTS TO THE CHOPPED MEAT AND THEN ADDED THE EGG WHITE AND SELTZER. I WORE GLOVES BECAUSE TURKEY IS STICKY BUT THE SELTZER HELPS KEEP IT FROM STICKING, AND I ALSO SPRAY MY HANDS WITH GLOVES ON, WITH PAM. I SPRAYED A PAN WITH THE PAM AND BAKED THE MEATBALL ON 500 DEGREES UNTIL BROWN, TURNING OCCASIONALLY.
I THEN PLACE THE MEATBALLS IN MY TOMATO SAUCE AND LET COOK UNTIL DESIRED THICKNESS OF SAUCE.
ENJOY!!! ALSO WEIGH MY MEATBALLS PRIOR TO THE SAUCE SO I AM NOT GETTING CHEATED FROM THE SAUCE BEING ABSORBED.
