1 can diced tomatos and green chiles
1 cup Cheese, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw - sliced
1 clove Garlic
1lb Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1 tsp Parsley, dried (2 dashes)
1 tsp Oregano, ground (3 dashes)
1 tsp crushed red pepper (by GARPER) (2-4 dashes)
.5 tbsp Basil (2 dashes)
1 tsp Rosemary, dried (1 dash)

1) Peel and chop the onion and the garlic. Add to pan with the ground turkey (or ground meat). Brown the meat. Stir regularly.2) Start the water to boiling in a second pot. Egg noodles boil quickly.3) Add the spices and mix. Continue cooking and stirring.4) Add egg noodles to boiling water and bag of peas. 5) Add the cans of tomatoes to browned meat - if you like more sauce in your goulash, add a can of tomato spaghetti sauce here, 1-2 large cans of diced tomatoes, and 1 can of tomatoes with chilies (gives a little kick) - basically - however "red" you want it - or how little. First round we used one can of regular and one of the chilies.
