1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
3 tsp fresh minced garlic
9 whole wheat pasta lasagna noodles, prepared
1 jar classico traditional sweet basil pasta sauce

Filling:
1 pkg chopped spinich (10 oz, thawed and thoroughly drained)
1 container of crystal farms low fat ricotta cheese (15 oz)
1 cup sargento Italian pasta bistro blend cheese
1/4 cup egg beaters

Topping:
1 cup sargento Italian pasta bistro blend cheese


How Do I Make Turkey and spinich Lasagna?

Here is how you make Turkey and spinich Lasagna:

Cook noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes, rinse and set aside. Brown turkey meat, onions, and garlic, drain any fat. Pour jar of pasta sauce into meat mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine egg beaters, ricotta cheese and cheese. Mix well. Stir in spinich and set aside. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Spread a layer of the meat sauce as your base layer in the dish. Lay 3 noodles next, then meat sauce, then cheese mixture, then noodles. You will end with meat sauce as your top layer. Cover with foil and bake for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top and bake uncovered for about another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
