Preheat oven broiler.In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, and seasonings. Toast bread and chop finely for breadcrumbs (this is better than buying breadcrumbs, which have all kinds of preservatives in them). Fold breadcrumbs into turkey mixture.On a large baking sheet, spray with olive oil spray. Use your hands to roll up meatballs into 1- or 2-T size.
