3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Cup Onions
12 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
1 Cup Sweet Bell Peppers, chopped
1 Can Italian Style Plum Tomatoes, 28 oz
1 1/2 Cups Milk, 2%
3 Tbsp Parsley
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Salt


How Do I Make Turkey, Tomatoes and Cream Sauce?

Here is how you make Turkey, Tomatoes and Cream Sauce:

1. Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey, peppers and pepper flakes until turkey is evenly brown. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, milk, and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens, 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parsley.P.S.: You can mix in your favorite cooked pasta with this sauce.
