2 tsp Italian Seasoning
4 Cups Fresh Spinach
1/2 Cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
5 Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
2 Cups Newmans Own Marinara Sauce
8T Parmesan Cheese
1 Large Egg
5 oz Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese


How Do I Make Ground Turkey and Spinach Lasagna Rolls?

Here is how you make Ground Turkey and Spinach Lasagna Rolls:

Brown Ground Turkey in Medium Skillet with garlic and Italian seasoning, when Turkey is halfway done, add spinach, and sautee until meat is cooked. Meanwhile, bring large pot of water to boil, and add lasagna noodles, and cook for 10 minutes. Mix Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Turkey and Spinach mixture, Parmesan Cheese, and Egg in a medium mixing bowl. Once noodles are done, lay them out on a large cookie sheet, to avoid sticking. Cool for 5 minutes. Place 1/5 of Ricotta cheese/Turkey mixture on the end of each noodle, and roll up. Place 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce in bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Place filled rolls in baking dish, and cover with remainder of Marinara Sauce. Sprinkle 1 oz of Mozzarella Cheese over each Roll.Cover with Tin Foil, and Bake 30 minutes.
