How Do I Make Spinach and Turkey Stuffed Shells?

Here is how you make Spinach and Turkey Stuffed Shells:

To start off with, this is basically what I make for one person, though I could not eat all five shells. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. While the shells are boiling, brown the turkey add some seasonings (that is depended on your taste. I used powdered onion, garlic, salt and pepper) When the turkey is browning, Mix the ricotta, mozzarella and spinach in a bowl. When the turkey is browned, the shells are finished. Put a tablespoon of turkey in the bottom of the shells. Then top off with the cheese and spinach mixture. I made sure mine were very stuffed. If you would like you can top them with the spagetti sauce now or after they are done cooking. Place in your oven for about 15-20 minutes or until they cheese is starting to melt. If you waited for the spagetti sauce, warm in microwave and pour over now or you can just dip. I served mine with a bit of sauted portabello mushrooms.
