Here is how you make Semi-homemade Ground Turkey and Veggie Lasagna:

Set a pot of water to boil for the noodles. preheat oven to 375 degrees, with ovenrack in the middle. Cook and drain noodles while turkey & vegetables are cooking. In a saute pan, brown turkey. Drain off all but 1 tbsp of grease & set browned turkey aside. In same pan, add the chopped veggies and 1/2 to 1 tbsp olive oil, heat on medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes. Mix together ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, one egg and oregano or other seasoning. Add tomato sauce and heat through. In a 13x9 inch pan, spoon 1/2 cup of sauce into the bottom, layer 4-5 noodles on the sauce. Spoon just over half the remaining sauce evenly over the noodles. Layer 4-5 more noodles, then spoon all the cheese mixture evenly over noodles. Layer 4-5 more noodles, then remaining sauce. Cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes. Move oven rack up one.
