Here is how you make Vegan Chia Seed Linguine with Garlicky Kale and Mushrooms:

- Set large pot of water to boil pasta. While waiting for water to boil, rinse and chop kale, mince garlic and chop mushrooms.- In a larg sautee pan, heat olive oil, add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. After about 5 minutes, add garlic. Cook another 3-5 minutes. Add kale and sautee to your liking. - Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package. When complete, combine all ingredients in the sautee pan along with tomato sauce and mix to coat evenly.
