*Preheat oven to 350 degrees*Brown turkey meat. Drain and add spaghetti sauce & 1/2 cup of water. (chopped onions optional)*Combine 1 3/4 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a seperate bowl. (you can add the parsley in this if you want)*In 13 x 9 baking pan, pour about 1 cup of the meat & sauce. *Put 3 lasagna noodles overtop the meat & sauce*Put about 1 cup of the cheese mixture over noodles, then the meat sauce. *Repeat layering. Finish with layer of noodles and remaining mozzarella cheeseCover pan with tin foil and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover pan, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. 12 servings - 2 inch squares.
