I have been putting off grocery shopping for awhile, so I threw all this together for a quick dinner. Yum! I love walnuts, so they make almost anything taste great to me. The fat is a little high due to the nuts but it's good fat. *If you're watching your salt I did not include the garlic salt in the nutritional calculation, so add that separately based on how much you use.

Here is how you make Wheat Penne with Parmesan and Walnuts:

Bring water to a boil and add the pasta. While that's cooking, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the walnuts. Heat for about 5-10 minutes on low, flipping often so they don't burn.
