This is a low carb supper soup. Not low fat, purposefully. Fats are allowed on this eating plan. Serving size is about 2 cups. I would have put more cauliflower in the soup if I had more and I would have used chicken broth if I had that. But this was made with what I had. Brown sausage, onion and garlic with a pat of butter in medium saucepan. Add 2 cups of water or broth if you would like (not included in nutritional information). Bring to boil. Add frozen spinach, cooked or frozen cauliflower, chili flakes and Mrs. Dash. Let simmer for several minutes. Add the other tablespoon of butter and the cream. Allow that to just warm through. Enjoy.
