Pull the cream cheese out and set it on the counter so it can soften while you prep the fruit.Prepare all fruit as described in the ingredients list.Pur?e strawberries in the blender first then add apple one quarter at a time. Add in the softened cream cheese and blend until completely mixed together. Finally add in the toasted almonds until completely pur?ed.This mixture is enough to fill two trays.Place the fruit roll sheets on the dehydrator trays and wipe them lightly with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. (I like to use coconut oil.) Pour mixture from blender onto fruit rollup sheet. Pur?e should be about 1/4" to 3/8" think and evenly spread.
