Here is how you make My Homemade Baked Fries:

Wash and cut potatoes into fry wedges, peel optional.(Thinner pieces bake faster, so keep pieces evenly sized)Dice garlic clove, and place garlic, oil, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Toss potatoes in and coat them throughly.Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spread fries out on a single layer, do not overlap.Bake at 375, for about 10 minutes. Carefully flip sides with a spatula, and place back into oven for another 10 minutes or until browned. If in a hurry, you can broil for 2 minutes each side to brown, but baking ensures flavors have time to meld.
