Sift together the dry ingredients: 1/3 cup instant nonfat milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Add these to the banana mix and stir well. Add 1/2 cup nuts and mix. If mix seems dry, add up to 2 Tbs water.
