1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/3 cup mashed banana (4 small bananas)
1 cup Splenda
1 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
10 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips, separated

Here is how you make Chocolate Chip Banana Bread:

*Put milk and vinegar in a cup and let sit for 2-3 minutes.*Set oven to 325*. Spray mini loaf pan with cooking spray (we have a pan with four mini-loaves in it). *In a large bowl, mix egg substitute, milk, applesauce, and banana.*In a medium bowl sift together Splenda, flour, baking soda, and salt.*Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir it up.*Add 6 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips and stir.*Split the batter between the four loaf pans (about 1 cup each)*Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of chips over each loaf*Bake for 55 minutes*We cut this into 8 servings. This was a fun Saturday afternoon snack for the family so our pieces were a little big.
