Here is how you make Apple Banana Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 18 muffin cups, set aside. Process 1 cup of oats until ground into a coarse flour. Add oats to a large mixing bowl, along with chopped walnuts, baking powder, baking soda cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, on at a time, then stir in the mashed banana, applesauce, and chopped apple. Stir in sour cream . Add wet mixture into dry mixture and stir just until blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans. Bake in preheated oven (350 F) for 20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to continue cooling. Store in an air tight container, or wrap individually and freeze, whatever works best for you!
