Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2.Cook macaroni according to package directions.3. While the macaroni is cooking, Chop and sauté onions in a seperate non-stick pan with cooking spray until browned, set aside. 4. In a medium saucepan melt butter and then add flour. This should make a paste. 5. Add milk and whisk until a white coating is left on the back of a spoon. 6. Once thickened, add the cheese to make a cream sauce. 7. Add browned/sautéed onions. 8. Finally, drain the noodles and add to the sauce.Pour the noodles and sauce into a baking dish at 350 for about 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
