4 bone-in chicken thighs. Skin removed.
0.25 cup Yellow Mustard (You can use 2 tblsp Dijon, and 2 Yellow)
2 tsp Mustard seed, yellow
1 tbsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Thyme, ground
1 tsp Rosemary, dried
1 tbsp Softened, unsalted butter.
4 tbsp Honey
Cooking spray for baking sheet.

Here is how you make Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Spray foil-lined cooking sheet with cooking spray.Coat chicken in unsalted butter, black pepper, thyme and rosemary on both sides. Put chicken into oven for 10-15 minutes and remove.While chicken is cooking stir mustard, ground mustard seed, and honey together in a mixing bowl.Pour half of the Honey-Mustard mixture onto top of thighs and coat evenly.Put chicken back in oven for 25-30 minutes.Remove chicken, turn over and spread the rest of the Honey-Mustard on other side of chicken and coat evenly.Put back in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until juices run clear and internal temp is 170 degrees F.Enjoy..Serving Size:?Makes 4 1 thigh servings.
