1 1/2 cups skim milk
8 oz. fat-free or low fat cream cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 lg. carrot, shredded

Here is how you make Chicken and Wild Rice Soup:

Brown chicken in saucepan. Remove and keep warm. Combine water with rice mix and seasoning packet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the soup, milk, cream cheese, and salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add chicken, broccoli, and carrots an cook over medium-low heat until vegetables and rice are tender. Do not boil.** I calculated this recipe with regular soup, light cream cheese (neufchatel) and skim milk.
