1/2 c. Roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 c. Roasted, chopped almonds
1/2 c. Roasted pepitas

2 c. Rolled oats, toasted in oven at 425*
2 c. Krispy rice cereal

1/2 c. Peanut butter
1/2 c. (I use a little less than this) brown sugar
1/2 c. Light corn syrup (you can put some honey w/ this) adds up to 1/2 c.
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Here is how you make Dar's Granola Bars:

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a small pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until just warmed and combined. Add vanilla extract and stir. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients. Coat well.Press into a 9 by 13 pan coated with cooking spray. Press down well to make the granola bars take shape. Let stand and harden. Then cut into bars. Wrap individually.
