Heat until butter is melted and all three ingredients are combined well.Pour honey mixture over oats and mix the ingredients very well.Pour mixture onto a jelly roll pan and spread evenly. Cook for 60 minutes on 275 degrees. You will need to stir the granola every 15 minues.Add craisins during the last 15 minutes of baking to prevent them from being hard.****Foot Note****You can also add other dried fruits if you want. I have used dried cherries, apples, apricots, starwberries and raspberries as well.
