Set aside.In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, tomato, onion, garlic and chili powder. Mix well.Place a layer of the lasagna noodles in the bottom of a baking pan or lasagna pan. Top with a layer of turkey, then a layer of cheese (1/2 cup) and then a layer of the beans/corn mixture.
