1) Seperate cauliflower into florets, wash thoroughly. Keep aside.2) Take shallow utensil. Add oil, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, clove. Temper.3) Add curry leaves, onions. Saute.4) Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry.5) Add chopped tomatoes, salt and fry till it becomes soft.6) Add garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder. Fry.7) Add cleaned cauliflower florets, add 1/4 cup water. Mix well. Cook covered till done.Serving Size:?makes four 1/2 cup servings
