What Are The Ingredients For Cinnamon-Oat Pancakes Recipe?The ingredients for Cinnamon-Oat Pancakes are: 2 c. whole wheat flour, spooned & leveled1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 T baking powder 1 t salt 1/2 t ground cinnamon 2 c old-fashioned rolled oats 2 c milk 2 lg eggs 1/4 c vegetable oil + extra for skillet How Do I Make Cinnamon-Oat Pancakes?Here is how you make Cinnamon-Oat Pancakes: in a food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon & 1 c oats & pulse a few times to coarsely grind oats. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and oil. add dry ingredients & 1 c oats and whisk until just moistened.heat a large skillet (nonstick or cast iron) or griddle over medium. lightly oil skillet. using 2-3 T for each pancake, drop batter in skillet & cook until a few bubble have burst 1-2 minutes. Flip pancakes & cook until browned on undersides, 1-2 minutes more. Repeat with more oil & batter. To Freeze: Cool pancakes on a wire rack, then arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. transfer pancakes to a resealable plastic bag & store in the freezer up to 3 months. To Heat From Frozen: For a single serving, warm pancakes in the toaster oven. For larger batches, arrange pancakes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cover with foil & heat at 350 degrees until warm, about 10 minutes.(I find putting them in the microwave for 1 minute then in the toaster oven for about 3 works really well.) makes 20 recipe says 4/serving but with the whl. wht flour 2 are pretty satisfying.
