1 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. canola/vegatable oil
21/2 c. *White Spelt Flour


How Do I Make Homemade White Spelt Flour Pizza?

Here is how you make Homemade White Spelt Flour Pizza:

Preheat oven to 425F. Disolve yeast in warm water. Mix in salt, sugar and oil. Stir in Flour until well blended and dough forms about 20 stirs. Let rest 5 minutes. Spread dough on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Size depends on how thin you like your crust. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread tomato sauce on top of crust. (I use plain sauce that my husband doctors up with spices). Top with cheeses and/or other toppings(will change calorie count). Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting with pizza cutter.
