1 Tablespoon yeast

1 Teaspoon Sugar

How Do I Make Vegetarian Pizza (No dairy)?

Here is how you make Vegetarian Pizza (No dairy):

Mix the sugar and yeast in the small bowl of warm water. In a larger bowl, put the flour. Then, add the yeast and water mix to the flour, blending it with your hands. Add more flour or less water if it becomes too sticky. Then, spread a little flour on the counter and place the dough on the counter, and begin kneading it. Knead until fairly uniform. Set dough aside for about 10 minutes. Then, take a cooking sheet, or stone and roll the dough onto it. After the dough is rolled, spread desired amount of tomato sauce on top. Then add veggie cheese, and then toppings. Place in 400 degree oven, or 375 if you use convection, for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese melts and becomes golden brown.
