1/4 c. unsalted butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. fat-free milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 t. vanilla


How Do I Make Zucchini Brownies?

Here is how you make Zucchini Brownies:

Shred zucchini with skin on (seeds removed). In a bowl, combine flour cocoa, baking soda and salt. Combine zucchini, sugar and oil; add to dry ingredients. mix well. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 in. baking pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 35-40 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 30 min.Frosting: In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in sugar and milk. Bring to a boil over med. heat stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 min. Remove from heat.
