Here is how you make Baked Corndog:

Preheat your oven to 350 degreesIn the bowl of an electric mixer, slowly mix the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add the butter, and slowly add the buttermilk. Add the cheese, and mix until you get a dough like consistency that pulls away from the bowl.Take the dough and separate it into four equal pieces. For each piece, roll out into a rectangular shape, the length of your hot dog. Roll the dough around the dog, shape to cover it. Place on a baking sheet and brush with the egg wash for a nice color when it comes out of the oven.
