Here is how you make Baked Tostados:

Preheat oven to 400Place corn tortillas on oven rack in preheated ovenCook for approx 5 min then turn tortillas - cook for 3- 4 more minutes until gold brown and crispy - watch carefully - they can burn quickly.While tortillas are cooking, place 1 15 oz can of fat free refried beans into microwave-safe bowl. Add soy sauce, mix int bean mixture and cover. Heat in microwave 2 min.Wash, rinse and chip romaine lettuce and tomatoes.When tortillas are crispy, remove from oven and spread 1/2 cup of bean mixture on tortilla. Add 1 Tbsp reduced fat cheddar to top of bean mixture. Add lettuce and tomato. Rotel tomatoes work well too if you are out of fresh tomatoes. Alternative ideas: You can add enchilada sauce to the beans, or spice it up with cumin and other seasonings.
