What Are The Ingredients For Baked Falafel Recipe?The ingredients for Baked Falafel are: 1 cup or can of chickpeas, drained1 small onion, chopped 2 or 3 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 tbsp of fresh or dried parsley (fresh is much nicer) 2 tbsp of whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp of baking powder salt & pepper to taste How Do I Make Baked Falafel?Here is how you make Baked Falafel: You should use non stick aluminum foil for this recipe.Preheat oven to 350. Puree chickpes in blender. Add onions and garlic and puree some more. Add rest of the ingredients and blend until well blended to make a thick paste consistency.Shape into ping pong size balls and place in baking sheet lined with non stick aluminum foil.
