Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.In a large bowl, combine butter, mustard,& worcestershire sauce. Add ham & cheese. Mix until well blended.Slice the top half off of the rolls. DO NOT BREAK INTO INDIVIDUAL ROLLS. Place bottom half in a 9x13 pan. Spread the ham/cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls in each pan.
