1 stick of Sargento Natural Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Stick
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/8 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Hellmann's Low Fat Mayo
1 tsp French's Spicy Brown Mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium to large tomato

Here is how you make Tuna Melt Stuffed Baked Tomato:

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.Cut just the very top off your tomato and discard. With a spoon scoop out the insides of the tomato making sure not to damage the tomato "shell" and discard.Chop up the cheese stick, reserve 1/4 of the cheese for topping the tomato. Mix the remaining cheese and all other ingredients, except the tomato, in a small bowl. Carefully stuff and press the mixture in to the tomato. Top with reserved cheese.Place the stuffed tomato into a muffin tin well so that the tomato does not tip over while cooking.
