Here is how you make Balsamic Glazed Chickpeas and Mustard Greens:

1) Heat 2 tbsp of the broth over medium heat. Saute the onion until it's pink, about 4 minutes.2) Add another tbsp and the garlic (add a pinch of red pepper also if spicy is your thing). Saute until fragrant, about 1 minute.3) Add 2 more tbsp and the mustard greens, cooking until slightly wilted but still bright green, about 4 minutes.4) Take the greens mixture out into a serving bowl with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add chickpeas and remaining ingredients.5) Cook chickpeas and glaze until liquid has been reduced by half.
