Approx. 2 Cups Panko bread Crumbs
1 egg
1 Cup Frozen Corn Kernels

How Do I Make Tangela's Black Bean Burger?

Here is how you make Tangela's Black Bean Burger:

Combine 1 can of beans, onions and garlic in a food processor. Add in egg, corn and 1.5 cups of bread crumbs....use spatula to mix together. Mixture should be stiff. Heat a griddle on high heat and spritz surface with olive oil. Form mixture into patties using 1/3 Cup measure for each "burger". Dip burgers in remaining bread crumbs and fry on griddle util browned and "set". Serve immediately. These freeze well. Great on a salad or with a big slice of tomato and a little schmere of mayo.
