Add corn. Chop pepper, onion, and cilantro, then add them as well. In a food processer, combine avacado, lemon juice, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Blend until smooth. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and beans, and toss to coat. Place one leaf of lettuce on each tortilla. Fill with 1/4 of vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold burrito.
