This started off as a low-carb pizza crust recipe (for my personal use), but due to the slight twist I thought it would be interesting to share :-) most low-carb pizza crust recipes call for cream cheese, but I didn't have any - THAT's where the "twist" comes in. So I substituted a flavored cheese wedges (like Laughing Cow).

Happy Farms (light) Jalapeno Cheese, 5 wedges - room temperature
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 large egg
2 tsp minced garlic (optional)
4 tbsp dried onion flakes (optional)

topping:
1 Morning Star Spicy Black Bean Burger (microwaved, then crumbled)
3 tbsp Black Bean Salsa
2/3 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
2 stalks chopped fresh green onion
Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)

Here is how you make spicy black bean pizza (w/ low carb pizza crust):

1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees2) Lightly spray 9 in' baking dish with non-stick spray - then set aside2) FOR THE CRUST: combine all of the ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix well (will form a wet mixture)3) Spread mixture into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes - until evenly browned, but not too dark. Let cool for a few minutes before adding toppings.4) Top crust with salsa, Spicy Black Bean Burger crumbles, chopped green onion, shredded cheese and red pepper flakes.5) Place back in oven and cook for approximately 10 more minutes.
