Chop cilantro. Drain the Beans and put them into a bowl. Mash them up. Mix in the cilantro and picante sauce well. Chop up the tomato and cut the avacado in half and slice the meat into chunks. Put in the tomato and spoon out the avacado, mix in gently. Eat alone, or serve with pita bread.
