1/4 cup butternut squash cubed in 1/4 inch cubes ( I found mine at walmart in the produce section "marketside" already peeled cubed)
1/3 cup black beans
1 slice mozzarella cheese
dash of salt

Here is how you make Butternut Squash and Black Bean Burrito:

Steam the butternut squash until cooked throughly in a glass dish in the microwave. Add the black beans and microwave for another minute. Add a dash of salt and stir. Set aside. Next place the slice of cheese on the tortilla and microwave until the cheese is somewhat melted and the tortilla is flexible.
