Here is how you make Vegan black bean burgers:

saute onion in olive oil till translucent, add garlic. saute till edges of onions are browned. in a bowl add TVP and pour hot water from the sink and cover, let sit for 5-10 minutes. when they're soft drain and squeeze as much water out as you can. Then drizzle worchesershire sauce, and nutritional yeast.When the edges of the onion are browned put into food processor with black beans. Pulse until they become like a dough. When combined pour into the TVP mix with everything EXCEPT vital wheat gluten. when all the ingredients are mixed add vital wheat gluten and combine. put in the fridge and let set for 5-10 minutes.
