Soy Vay Veri Veri Terriyaki Sauce, 1 tsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar or more to taste, plus approximately 1/2 c. water or broth or bouillon (not counted in calories).

Here is how you make Terriyaki Green Beans and Onions:

Makes two large approximately 140 calorie servings or 4 35 calorie servings. Steam the beans or microwave until barely tender crisp. In a non stick skillet, sprayed with cooking spray, brown the onions in olive oil over medium heat, stirring to prevent burning. Add half the water or broth, vinegar, and Soy Vay. (Chicken or beef bouillon is good especially if serving with those meats. Vegan broth also adds flavor.) Stir to mix and add beans. Add the rest of the water or broth to suit. Use less water if you like your veggies less cooked or your sauce more concentrated. Saute/Stir Fry over heat until veggies are cooked the way you like them and sauce is reduced. Nice over rice.
