Heat EVOO in a pan, while heating dice onions and garlic.Add garlic and onions, dice green pepper, add green pepper.While the green pepper is softening, open a can of mixed vegetables, corn, black beans and chick peas. Pour all the canned vegetables into the pan. Add a chicken bouillon cube to 1 cup of boiling water. Once chicken broth is made, add it to pan. Add paprika, pepper and chili powder to taste.
